Since 2004, MEC has designed over 200 MMICs on UMS advanced III-V processes, mainly for space, military and telecom applications. MEC's strengths include very challenging high-power GaAs and GaN MMICs up to millimeter bands, in-house thermal modeling expertise and on-field applicative support.
