VCOs Overview

UMS VCOs (Voltage-Controlled Oscillators) are based on GaAs pHEMT technology, offering both fixed-frequency and wideband tuning variants. Products feature low phase noise, high output power, and excellent tuning linearity, covering C-Band through Ka-Band. Wideband tuning VCOs achieve multi-octave tuning bandwidth, suitable for broadband frequency-hopping synthesizers. Fixed-frequency VCOs deliver exceptionally low close-in phase noise, ideal for PLL reference sources and LO signal generation.
