Switches & Attenuators Overview
UMS Switches & Attenuators are based on GaAs pHEMT technology, offering SPDT, SP4T, and T-type RF switches as well as multi-bit digital attenuators. Switch products feature low insertion loss, high isolation, and fast switching speed, suitable for T/R switching and channel selection. Digital attenuators provide 5-bit/6-bit resolution with high accuracy and low phase variation, widely used for phased array radar channel amplitude calibration and automatic gain control. Products cover DC to 40 GHz and support bare die and QFN package options.
