RF Front-End & Dividers Overview
UMS RF Front-End & Dividers include Wilkinson power dividers, directional couplers, and integrated RF front-end modules. Power dividers are available in 2-way, 4-way, and 8-way configurations with high isolation and excellent amplitude/phase balance, ideal for phased array antenna feed networks. Integrated RF front-end modules combine LNA, PA, phase shifter, attenuator, and power divider functions on a single chip, dramatically reducing external component count in T/R assemblies and improving system integration. Products cover DC to 40 GHz and support bare die and QFN package options.
