UMS Phase Shifters & Core Chips are designed for active phased array radar, offering 5-bit/6-bit digital phase shifters, analog phase shifters, and T/R Core Chips integrating power amplifiers, LNAs, phase shifters, and attenuators on a single die. Products cover S- through Ka-Band with high phase accuracy, low amplitude variation, and support parallel/serial digital control interfaces. T/R Core Chips dramatically reduce external component count in phased array T/R assemblies, improving system integration while reducing size and power consumption.
