Mixers & Multipliers Overview
UMS Mixers & Multipliers span sub-harmonic mixers (SHM), diode mixers, and active/passive multipliers, covering frequencies up to 110 GHz. Sub-harmonic mixers use an LO at half the RF frequency, significantly simplifying LO source implementation, making them key devices for millimeter-wave systems. Products feature low conversion loss, high isolation, and excellent port-to-port matching, widely used in millimeter-wave communications, radar receivers, and test & measurement instrumentation.
