MEC (UK)
Established in 2004, MEC has designed over 200 MMICs on UMS advanced III-V processes, mainly for space, military, and telecom applications. Strengths include high-power GaAs and GaN MMICs up to millimeter bands, in-house thermal modeling expertise, and on-field applicative support.
Core capabilities: LNA, PA, mixer, and multi-function MMIC design up to 105 GHz. Space-qualified designs with full traceability.
