These modules integrate multiple RF functions into compact, tested assemblies - reducing system design complexity and time-to-market for our customers. All modules are fully tested with complete RF parameter reports provided in both Chinese and English.

T/R Modules & Assemblies
Multi-channel T/R modules for phased array applications. S/C/X/Ku band options with 4/8/16 channels. Integrated LNA, PA, phase shifters, and attenuators in a single compact package.
Frequency Sources & Synthesizers
Fixed-frequency DRO/PLDRO sources (1-40 GHz, phase noise up to -120 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz). Wideband PLL synthesizers with programmable step size. Comb generators and low-phase-noise OCXOs.
Transceiver Front-End Modules
Integrated transmit and receive chains in a single module. Full-duplex/half-duplex modes. Transmit power 1-20 W. Receive NF below 3 dB. Suitable for radar and communication systems.
Power Amplifier Modules
GaN-based power amplifier modules with output power from 10 W to 200 W, covering L to Ku band. Suitable for radar transmitters, jamming systems, and satcom HPA applications.
Frequency Conversion Modules
Up-converter and down-converter modules with built-in LO multipliers and filtering. Covering intermediate frequency to RF up/down conversion for superheterodyne architectures.

Our engineering team uses Keysight ADS, Cadence AWR, and ANSYS HFSS for RF/analog circuit design and electromagnetic simulation, ensuring performance meets specifications before hardware prototyping.
SMT & Micro-Assembly
Fully automatic SMT production line and micro-assembly capabilities including wire bonding, eutectic soldering, and die attach. Annual capacity exceeds 1 million RF modules.
Complete RF Testing
Every module is tested on Keysight PNA-X VNA (10 MHz-67 GHz) and R&S FSW spectrum analyzers. Test data includes S-parameters, noise figure, output power, gain, P1dB, IP3, and phase noise.
